Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) pesogame account only. The registration, maintenance, or use of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If pesogame identifies multiple accounts associated with the same individual — whether by name, address, mobile number, IP address, device fingerprint, payment method, or any other identifying information — pesogame reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pesogame login credentials. All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility, whether or not they were authorized by you. You must notify pesogame's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. pesogame will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
pesogame is required by PAGCOR and applicable anti-money laundering legislation to verify the identity of its players. You agree to provide any documentation requested by pesogame for Know Your Customer (KYC) purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Verification may be required before your first withdrawal or at any other time determined by pesogame in its sole discretion. Failure to complete verification may result in restriction of account functions including withdrawal processing.
All deposits to your pesogame account must be made using payment methods supported by pesogame at the time of the transaction, which currently include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit amounts are as specified on the pesogame deposits page, subject to change without prior notice. pesogame does not accept deposits from third parties; funds must originate from a payment method registered in your name.
Withdrawal requests are processed to verified payment methods in your name. Processing times are indicative: e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes for verified accounts; bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. pesogame reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to applicable wagering requirements as detailed in Section 5.
All transactions on pesogame are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). pesogame does not charge currency conversion fees. Any conversion fees imposed by your payment provider are outside pesogame's control and are your responsibility.
pesogame may offer various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless specified otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered the number of times stated in the applicable promotion before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
pesogame reserves the right to withhold, void, or reverse any bonus, free bet, or promotion-derived winnings if pesogame reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, use of automated tools, collusion, or any other activity intended to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Repeated or systematic exploitation of promotions may result in account suspension.
Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are limited to one claim per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Players sharing a household who each hold legitimate separate pesogame accounts are entitled to one welcome bonus claim between them.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pesogame shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform; (b) loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of revenue; (c) any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform due to technical failure, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events; (d) the actions or omissions of third-party payment processors.
pesogame's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your pesogame account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits pesogame's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
pesogame collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a pesogame account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pesogame complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and all related DICT and NPC implementing rules.
pesogame reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email or platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required to comply with applicable law or PAGCOR directives. Your continued use of the pesogame platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with pesogame through our customer support channels. If a dispute remains unresolved after engaging support, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable regulations.
