11. Children's Privacy

The pesogame platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above. pesogame does not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 21. If pesogame becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected data from an individual under 21, that data will be deleted immediately and the associated account will be suspended in accordance with pesogame's Terms & Conditions and PAGCOR's underage gaming prevention obligations.
